Acrylic, enamel, polyurethane on MDF. Size: 1680X 1110mm
The idea of a landmass in the shape of a reclining woman is one that has amused my mind for many years. (If it existed then Richard Brampton would probably own it!) Finally it came to life for me with this crude, yet bright and simplistic painting, which brings life to my cluttered bedroom as it takes pride of place over the bed. |

Organisation Chart |
N/A |
|
The figures in this Org Chart are in the traditional pyramid structure and the ranks are further reinforced by the number and size of their headdress.
If you look closely, though, you will also note the figures are all hollow, they are made of straw, they are two-faced, and they are all off the same mold. |

OCCUPATION OF LAND AND SEA |
$1,200.00 |
|
**SOLD**. OCCUPATION OF LAND AND SEA. Hebel panel. Approx. size: 1600mm X 400mm A creature from my mind brought to life in this three dimensional panel now hangs as a guardian at the entrance of a private collectors home. One side boasts scales suggesting a creature from the depths of the sea, the other licks of flame representing a spiritual presence, with the block itself creating an earthly tone. There are faces all around protecting from every direction and a collar suggesting the beast is akin to its master. |

MENOPAUSAL REFLECTION |
$5,500.00 |
|
$5500.00 AUD price includes GST. Does not include delivery. Acrylic on Canvas. Approx size: 6 metres X 1.8metres This giant painting is actually the first painting I have ever done where I did preliminary sketches before starting! Once the canvas was stretched ( a feat in itself) the image just flowed from the brushes. Whilst the form of the inwardly reflective woman has not changed, the colours and hence the mood of the painting evolved over several months. This piece has been on public exhibition at the Cowra gallery during it’s “Big and Bold” exhibition, where it was actually too big to fit on any of the gallery walls |

**SOLD** (Framed). Price includes GST. Does not include delivery.
Enamel, acrylic, crayon, charcoal on masonite. Approx. size: 800X500mm
A remnant feel has been created by a lustrous mix of media almost emulating that which might be expected to be found on a modern cave wall. (I guess the frame spoils that). It is further enhanced by the torn edge of the masonite that has been torn from a second hand door in my search for flat things to paint on. |

The bare rock sat on its plinth in the shed for months. It would stare at me as I worked, and I back at it. Occasionally I would walk over and chisel a tiny flake off the naturally jagged surface. Late one night the form of the mask jumped out suddenly at me and I began work in earnest. About one third of the original rock has been removed. |
